1. Inspect inside baseboards, door jams, window frames, and areas where moisture can accumulate.
2. Inspect outside for mud tubes on or near your home. Check tree
stumps. Check wet moisture areas. Measure outside perimeter to get
linear footage. Then we discuss the prices.

3. You authorize our agreement and schedule a convenient time for the treatment.
4. Our treatment begins by digging an approximate 1" x 1" trench around your home.
5. We then mix the product we use to the Federal Law Label requirements to make enough product to treat your home. We apply 4 gallons of liquid to every 10 linear feet of treatment.
6. We then look for cracks or openings in concrete areas and treat as necessary.
7. We back-fill treated dirt made from digging the trench.
8. We then draw you a graph of your home and list the amount of product used and write any comments necessary concerning problems with termites.
9. We place a sticker on your inside electrical panel box with the date and amount of product used.
10. You then approve our work and pay us. "WE NEVER ASK FOR PAYMENT UNTIL THE JOB IS FINISHED AND APPROVED BY YOU."
11. Optional treatment : It's best to treat your bathtub drain area if there is access to it. We may need to cut a hole somewhere in your bathroom to gain access for treatment. A decorative vent will be installed for future inspections.
